This sounds hard now, but it's our capitalistic reality, the truth. You can see that in Germany, they are spending billions of Euros against this climatic changes, which are only an imagination or a theory. With that money they could fight AIDS or Malaria but they won't. It's not a problem of the Western side of the world. That's why it won't change as long as there will be AIDS in Europe. Sad but true.
